10. Association of Broadcasters (ABCOM)

If you’ve heard of the Association of Broadcast Communications (ABCOM) before, it might be because of their well-known annual Christmas and golf tournament party, but a deeper dive into everything the organization does will reveal its slogan of being a place where ‘Media Hugs Meet’. Based in Vancouver, its main initiatives are its ABCOM Awards, including the Audrey and Rising Star Awards, and the BCIT Scholarship, awarded to a student entering the industry. 11. National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS)
