AIR FORCE
Small Business Consulting Corp.,* Shreveport, Louisiana, was awarded a maximum of $99,999,999 for a five-year, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for Manufacturing Portal Insights. This contract provides operational decision support for Air Force Global Strike Command, Air Mobility Command, and Air Force Materiel Command. Work will be performed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, and is expected to be completed by April 6, 2032. This contract was a sole source procurement award for innovative research for small businesses. Financial 2024 research and development funds in the amount of $4,500 are committed to awards. Data Monitor Systems, Midwest City, Oklahoma, was awarded an $8,253,108 firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials contract for distribution, distribution and vehicle management services. This contract provides for ground transportation, passenger and cargo transportation, personal property, small terminal and passenger transportation and vehicle management. The work will be performed at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio and is expected to be completed on October 31, 2029. This contract was a competitive purchase and five bids were received. Schutt Industries of Clintonville Wis. Inc.,* Clintonville, Wis., was awarded a $53,680,993 firm-fixed-price-adjustment contract to supply single-axle trailers. Offers were requested via the internet, but four were received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of March 27, 2030. Leanne Duguay, Ottawa, Canada, was awarded a $14,764,030 firm-fixed-price contract for power plants. Bids were requested online and two were received. The work will be performed in Bridgeport, Washington, with an estimated completion date of March 21, 2028. The Bridgeport Power Authority’s 2024 budget of $10,557,703 was committed at the time of the award. (N42158-22-D-S005); QED Systems Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia (N42158-22-D-S006); and East Coast Repair & Fabrication LLC, Hampton Roads, Virginia (N42158-23-D-S002), were awarded a combined $11,000,000 modification to a previously issued, multi-part contract to exercise a year two option for boat maintenance and inspection services. (barges), small boats and fendering systems under the supervision of Norfolk Naval Shipyard, with performance from 20 September 2024 to 19 September 2025. Work under this contract includes providing the necessary facilities, management, materials, support services, labor, supplies and equipment to provide boatyard and industrial support for boats located specifically in the Norfolk, Virginia, area. The contracts have a base one-year ordering period with four additional optional one-year ordering periods that, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value to $23,240,000 over a five-year period for the five vendors combined. The work will be performed in surrounding cities within Hampton Roads, Virginia. If all options are exercised, work will continue until June 2027. No funding will be committed to changes. This deal buys a lifetime supply of 4-inch silicon carbide transistor discs. The final purchase is required to maintain production, spare parts and repair for the APY-9 RADAR main power supply, a power amplifier unit in support of the E-2D aircraft. DEFENSE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
Ivyhill Technologies LLC, Hyattsville, Maryland, is awarded a $9,374,230 firm-fixed-price contract (HT001424D0002) for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Integrated Referral Management and Command Center (IRMAC), metropolitan area consolidated services support/referral management. IRMAC is an integrated on-demand call center for military hospitals and clinics in the capital area that provides referral management and appointment services for the network and serves as a point of contact for beneficiaries seeking health care. IRMAC assists beneficiaries with appointments, navigating the direct care system, and provides referral management oversight. Place of execution is Bethesda, Maryland, but based on mission requirements, duty station for service personnel may be located at a military hospital or clinic or an approved telework location within the metropolitan area. 2025 Operations and Maintenance Funds will be obligated when available after distribution.
